7 D1 Wins!

8-3 = In
7-4 = Not in
6-5 = Probably a new coaching staff for 2018

Doesn't get any simpler.

I am still not convinced this is a 100 percent. Let me lay out a scenario.

Final standings:
-SUU 8-3
-NAU 7-4
-WSU 7-4
-UM 7-4
EWU 6-5

With above scenario I can see an argument for Griz getting in. SUU, WSU and UM(due to win over NAU). I find it not-impossible but rather unlikely that the Big-Sky would only get two teams into the playoffs.

I am...the MVFC would get a 6-5 in before a BSC 7-4 I'd bet. That formula they use is the main determining factor and if they are close, they rely on that. BSC overall is weaker. The other problem is that UM would've lost to either n. colorado or MSU before the playoffs. Question then becomes are they deserving after dropping one of those. I'd say nada!

Still don't see the Griz in at 7-4. In that scenario, 2 teams tops.

This is precisely the issue. No chance UM gets in if they lose to a sub-500 team right before the committee selection process.

Easy win against UNC, will lose to MSU at Bozeman. 7-4 missing the playoffs 🤷🏽‍♂️

Oh Case...it really WAS targeting man. And no reason to throw a tantrum on the way out...

This is certainly possible.

Also far from a given that No. Colorado is an "easy" win. We may still be starting our wide receiver, #4 QB, behind the center and also have our #1 RB out of action this weekend.

I don't see our guys letting up their intensity but the fact is we are not the same offense with this scenario.
