You're right. This is an interesting slate. Here's how I think it will go down:

After the way UW whacked my Tigers, I HAVE to pick them against Louisville, even though I'd rather see the Cardinals win. Huskies by 3 TDs.

I'd love to see Cinderella continue her way through the Dance, but my brain says that midnight is about to strike on Milwaukee. Illini by 2 TDs.

Texas Tech - WV is a crapshoot. My heart says go with WV because I can't stand Mr. Chair Thrower. My brain, however, says that he's on a roll and that should continue for at least one more game. Tech wins by a touchdown.

I don't like AZ except in football (and then only because their OC is my old position coach). I'd love to see them lose. OK St. is really good. I'd love to see a good pasting of the Wildcats, but it ain't going to happen. UA wins by a safety.

Washington got up early in the first two games by getting a little lay up over the front of the basket. I do not know why that was there against Pacific. Louisville did not look that impressive against Memphis when they won. Bobby Knight is a likeable fella but there was nobody underneath in the first half vs zaga. West Virginia and Oklahoma State have lots of people everywhere but West Virgina may miss a shot or two this time. Arizona has one people + 1. Lets save the TDs for Friday night. I predict anybody can win by a field goal.

Pair of threes I think I said if they shoot 75% from three land. That seems to be a common thread in this tournament. " Lots of folks predict that "this team will be tough if they hit their threes" which is funny because most everybody is tough when they hit their threes. What makes this tournament fun is the unpredictable. If I gave the impression that I made a prediction I erred. I have discovered that Washington is a team that is better if they do not have to attempt the three.

If I did make predictions I would say that Arizona is tough if... Stoudamire is hitting his shot and the center person is not in foul trouble. ooooopppps pair of threes I am still waiting for an explanation of the picture of Mr H playing poker

up to yesterday I thought Bobby Knight was interesting, I not sure the foul mouth is appropriate considering the occassion. Media thinks he can still make a difference with time to plan. It will be interesting to see if one can detect any impact on the game. Not sure he needs to be rewarded for being a pain in the mouth.

I have a little trouble remembering how to spell Stoudamire, Radenovic, Shakur and Hassan. Fry is the easy one if he is in foul trouble. But they have not been calling fouls on defense underneath in this tournament which does change the game and may be good. Pair of threes how do you spell the name of Oklahoma States starting center. ?????? ooop or pppss?

Nice picks I would not want to pick these four games but if I was to do it I would agree with the above picks but the margin of victory is not measurable.
