So you know, those arent 5 man front defenses. Those are variations of the Bear's 46 defense and ones we've used several times throughout the year.

Look at the first picture and how shity are alignment is. The center and strong side guard double team the nose into the backside backer, stronside tackle and tightend double team the d-tackle into the backer, second tightened blocks up on the safety, running back blocks outsidebacker and there is no one left to take the QB. Its a horrible defense. By the way, the Cats used this same formation time and time again.

Also, in the 3rd picture I don't we have 11 players on the field. NDSU shows an unbalanced formation in these pictures and looks like we're covering an ineligible receiver.

That's cute. You going to answer the question? Or are you just, that guy?

I’m still trying to figure out how what didn’t work against MSU wasn’t changed in the LEAST for NDSU. Did they think MSU was an anomaly?

It certainly wasn't an anomaly. It first appeared in 2019 when, reappeared this year during the brawl and again today. Once is luck. Twice is coincidence. Three times is a pattern. If this experienced staff cannot see that, time to buy some non-maroon-colored glasses.

Because instead of scheme and statistics like the modern era of football requires. Our coaching staff just believes in playing harder and being tougher than every opponent week in and out like it’s 1972.

Dinosaur coaches produce dinosaur results.
