Did anyone else catch the tootel & nuanez radio show today on ESPN?
During the preview of the ‘state’ game tonight, a UW transfer bryce sterk came up.
Nuanez said it’s no coincidence that he’s wearing #37 and a claim has been made by MSU that sterk is “the real 37”
Bozeman-Get your own identity just once. Have your own traditions. Just once! Extremely pathetic.
(I’m sure this will get to Sims and Hauck and the Griz and I hope it does)

I too think it's hilarious if true. Let's install a bunch of rusty bleachers with peeling paint to get back at them.

As being best #37. Since there was a FCS count down of best players with each number this preseason I think it the "rights" to the best #37 in the FCS is an open battle and not reserved for a Griz player awarded the number.
 
I’m well aware he was number 37 at Washington. Doesn’t change the fact that Bozeman is trying to ride coattails, not to mention ruffle feathers.
The number 37 is a tradition within the grizzly program, regardless of player performance. It means nothing for state. Baffles me why they’d even acknowledge one of Montana’s traditions. Little brother thing I guess. Whatever.
