Anyone who doesn't think cold weather favors the northern team is uninformed. Look at the record of Montana (20-1 vs the southern teams in December). In a stats class we had the NFL records as an example that showed overwhelming advantages for Green Bay, Buffalo and New England during cold weather vs southern teams. Like someone else said it would be the same as us going south into 95 degrees and 95 percent humidity. The Griz see cold every year. They will be affected some because this is severe cold, but not like or visitors will. Not even close.

You know. All the players all think they have something special here. They all say that they are not the fastest or the strongest but they never give up and this team lives and dies for each other. I think that this team is flat a better team than CC and I think they are playing together and they have the heart to win. I wouldn't doubt this team taking too CC this weekend. It might be close and a good game. However I wouldn't be surprised to see a 35-7 type game.

There are 2 separate issues, here, AWF. 1. The fans, and 2. the players/coaches. As to 1., a dome would be good. As to 2., both teams have had almost the same time to adjust to playing in the cold, the Griz maybe a day or 2 more. The sidelines will be kept warm.

It's weird watching football in a dome. I agree. But, several CC players come from northern HSs & have played in cold conditions. To think that the cold is going to favor the Griz is a mistake & I'm sure MD, staff, & players know that if you don't.

2. jj....leadership
3. jamal wilson.....giving jj the protection he needs against the blitz to complete the air game that will be an integral part of winning this game
