3 Griz Arrested

Oh don't underestimate her because of her attire, I'm going to see Spectre sometime this weekend and I wouldn't be surprised if she was a key player.

A lot of people on here were ready for a lynch mob. A lot of people were also making excuses for the players. Both angles rubbed me the wrong way.

At least the players did the right thing, owed up to their stupid mistake, and apologized. I'm not sure a one game suspension is severe enough, but I also think that the charges, bond, and $16M is outrageously unfair from the legal side of things.

Best wishes to the players and the family to get on with their lives without lasting effects to their reputation or emotions.

I see Missoula PD is incompetent at another part of their job: can't seem to shoot straight. MPD officer fires three rounds, close range, at wanted perp, and MISSES! Where did those rounds go? Need time on the range, as well as in the clsssroom! They just don't cease existing after missing their target. Approximately 180 grains at 1100 fps gotta go somewhere. This is more and more like a episode from "The Dukes of Hazzard." Daisy played by Courtney, the Duke boys played by the four, incompetent crooked Sheriff played by MPDs Chief, and Boss Hog played by the Mayor of Missoula. Life imitates art.

If you examined the firearms of most cops, the rounds are rusted into the magazine, figuratively. Most cops do the minimum firearm quals. A few are marksmen. Very few. Another reason to be prepared to defend your home, family and life.

If you carry, you damn well better be proficient at using it. This boils down to one person, adrenaline pumping, sucking air up his ass, could not hit the target when he had to. Not just MPDs problem. Nationwide. Not a priority until some taxpayer catches a ricochet.

The officer shooting at close range is another msu lover. Can't hit his hiny in November....ring a bell?

I am damn glad these guys received a one game penalty. That fits the crime and not counting the bad publicity that will stay with them and the dumber than dumb $16,000 plus the cost of the bail. These young men have paid way more because they are Griz Football players. Justice? Good old "High Tax Missoula" strikes again. One more reason kids are not wanting to attend our University. Enter the Missoulian rag along with such a leftest Missoula view on every big thing. Hate corporations and anything big and sucessfull. Yup, Griz Football

I do know more football punishment is coming down on them via Stitt but it is a closed deal between him and the 3 players. These 3 men got screwed in my opinion. The girl in PJs received the wrong punishment and I hope she gets away and makes an issue of this. I'd be damn proud if she were my daughter.

My disapointment? This did not make 60 pages and I lost a bet. Bottle of scotch.

Did you realize this thread, less than six days old, has totalled 7.2% of ALL ISU FOOTBALL REPLIES SINCE IT'S BEGINNING? Way to go eGrizzers! Another commentary about ISU/Pokey. Perhaps a warning as to what COULD happen in Grizland after 30+ years of neglect. :o

Are you intimating that there are a few "hayseeds" in Missoula? Hmmm....I know that Walmart is a little bit of a freak show.....

Really got your attention, eh? Why? You don't like what other people "choose" to discuss? In CAPITAL LETTERS? Why not just butt out then? Isn't that kind of easy to do?

Well maybe Paul Ryan isn't the attorney some think he is. However they did agree to the "payment" and except for sexual offenses, any record can be expunged in Montana
I'm not seeing that there was a plea bargain, maybe there was. Justice Courts are courts of "limited jurisdiction" however, and do not have the "plenary powers" to expunge records that District Courts have.

I was handed a bunch of arrest warrants in Municipal Court one day, on old judgments, unpaid fines, and missed appearances and such; and I noted that some were for judgments as much as three years old. I said to the clerk that we lacked jurisdiction to issue warrants for anything over one year. Well, that sent everyone into a tizzy because they had been doing it for years under a succession of judges.

I was right. It was likely that thousands of people had been brought in under warrants that were illegal.

Did you fuck my wife? I'm asking Joey, did you fuck my wife? You're very smart, Joey. But you're not answering my question.
