Uhhh, yes. A fan that refuses to support their team because he thinks the schedule is soft is a bad fan. I’m not worried though cus there are plenty of good fans that will want to support them in his place.

We're actually not buying our season tickets this year based solely on this schedule. Obviously there's nothing to be done about conference games but not interested in baking in the summer heat to watch Butler and Ferris. There are literally only 2 good home games this year. Always tickets available these days so we'll hit the games we want to.

i would go to the Ferris game…very entertaining team to watch.

I recall another up and coming D2 team NDSU that came to playin Bobby’s house and embarrassed us…..

To be fair it wasn’t quite Bobby’s house yet. He had literally just signed the mortgage paperwork and hadn’t even made the first months payment yet.

Ferris St is not NDSU... NDSU came to the FCS and obliterated everyone. And has beat FBS teams too. They are an extremely rare occurrence. We will beat Ferris St by at least 3 tds.

We’re talking about how many people support the Griz, not how many people actually sit in their seats and no, you can’t cherry pick the most attended game out of the count. How many tix are allotted to MSU and how many go to UM’s ticket sales. Quit trying to be a cheater and man up. Also, Griz is with one z, we’re not the Memphis Grizzlies.

In the Great West Conference. I’m not saying they weren’t good those years but they weren’t FCS world beaters yet dominating the likes of fellow D2 move ups like Southern Utah, Cal Poly, UC Davis, and South Dakota St. Their next 3 years in the Gateway/MVC they lost 17 games.

But I was in attendance and I can assure you there were more than 13000 buttons in the seats. The south end zone and student sections were pretty sparce, but the rest of the stadium was well represented.

We’re talking about an half empty stadium, and that has nothing to do with people supporting the Griz. And the U loses shitloads of money from less concessions, merchandise, and that’s not even the mention how much the community loses out on,

TBF, they also weren't allowed to compete in the playoffs until year 5, but finished 2006 ranked 5th in FCS and 2007 ranked 9th after being ranked #2 in FCS for 5 weeks before eating shit against SDSU in their last game.
