If both EWU and us got in on the same side of the bracket and both had first round wins then we could potentially see them again in the second round. I highly doubt that would happen but theoretically it could be possible

it can't happen...if you win in round 1 you would travel to a team that had a bye for round 2

I also assume EWU will end up with a first round game. If the 10th ranked team loses they'd end up about 12 or 14. There's another game though.

EWU isn't winning again, and does not qualify for the playoffs currently.

Yes. The only way these two teams could meet in the playoffs again is if they both won their first two rounds of playoffs and met in the third round. Or, if they're on opposite sides of the bracket and went out then in the championship game
