When I was in that world (early 2000's), if the wind was over "x" mph, there was a formula to add "y" amount of time for wind-aid. Conversely, in the distance races if you were at altitude (think Butte, or Bozeman), you had altitude adjusted time - so time removed from your race time - making your time faster, based on the competitive altitude and distance raced.

Yep, I was there and saw that, too, so I get it. Just going off "official" times. 11 flat is still cooking and I am sure he will land under 11 soon enough. I don't recall it being especially breezy at that point of the meet, but could have been wrong.

Don't know if anyone in Class B will touch the Prather boy from Columbus, though. Kid is moving!
