2025 Transfer Thread/ Portal Offers-- (31) Transfers to UM

I’ve heard that name but when I watched the Griz Den video live at the Billings BBQ they said they were after a 25 year old from Minnesota (Hayden Schwartz has 3 years eligibility which wouldn’t make since for a 25 year old) also said a 20 year old from Utah (I am guessing that’s Jeilani Davis) and a 16 year old from Punahou high school in Hawaii (Kellner who committed last week)
What is this Griz Den video you speak of and where can I find it?

Can we please be done with the portal recruiting now? I really don’t wanna over do it and have to get anyone else acclimated to the team.
I don't think the recruiting ever stops in the current era of college football. I do think some coaches are better at assembling a team from players who have never played together, played a season under that same playbook, etc.
The coach who had a reputation for pulling this off was Bob Beers, whose NFL Europe teams were ready to execute while other teams were still trying to get thier acts together.

Holy Shit! If this kid is anything like he was in high school, he's going to dominate the Big Sky Conference. We may have to wait a year. It all depends on how ready he is for Big Sky football. His play reminds me of Zach Wagenmann.

This Zach Wagenmann -> "In 2010, Wagenmann was a redshirt. He was also named University of Montana co-defensive "Scout Team Player of the Year." In 2011, he played in all 14 games. He recorded 13 tackles, including one tackle for a loss. 2012 proved to be a breakout season for Wagenmann. He totaled 50 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, as well as leading the Grizzlies in sacks with 11.5. He was named to three All-American teams. In 2013, Zack started all 13 games. He totaled 8.5 sacks, 16.5 tackles for loss, 64 tackles, and 3 forced fumbles. In 2014, he wore the #37 legacy number for the Griz. He had 17.5 sacks, 22.5 tackles for loss, and six forced fumbles. He was a first-team FCS All-American, first-team All-Big Sky, and Big Sky Defensive Player of the Year. He was also a finalist for the Buck Buchanan Award."

I think that’s 5 DEs we’ve brought in now through the portal Peevy, Peck, Tuliaupupu, Schwartz and Muilenberg I’m gonna guess someone isn’t coming anymore or we lost some guys to either retirement or the portal. Last step Jeilani Davis go get him coaches.
I don't remember if it was noted somewhere before but I know I heard that Sloan McPherson was not going to use his last year of eligibility.
