I think we’re fine. I won’t be surprised at all if we see one or both of the Beaner twins this year. They’re ballers.

I’d love to see them but you know how Hauck is about playing younger guys. Jeilani is a baller too and 6’4” and that’s exactly what we need is size plus I don’t want to see him go to the scats

Or Gilman, or Bergen or even Otlewski last year as a young freshman transfer. I think if you have the talent and can help you’ll get the chance. The idea of saving a redshirt for someone else is changing a lot of coaches opinion. The 4 game rule + playoffs makes a huge difference. However, most will sit a year and watching them in and out of the student section, it’s clear how physically undeveloped most true freshman are compared to upperclassman.

I’m talking about true freshman, Loud had to play last year because he was the best CB we had, Bergen had to play because we had a lot of injuries, we might see some guys play 4 games I just don’t see another situation where we play a guy unless we absolutely have too.

If there’s any year for it, it’s this one, especially on defense and in the back end of the secondary.

I’ve heard that name but when I watched the Griz Den video live at the Billings BBQ they said they were after a 25 year old from Minnesota (Hayden Schwartz has 3 years eligibility which wouldn’t make since for a 25 year old) also said a 20 year old from Utah (I am guessing that’s Jeilani Davis) and a 16 year old from Punahou high school in Hawaii (Kellner who committed last week)
