There may also be a larger number of players who didn't find an FBS offer before the spring semester/term starts who hold out into the summer before acquiescing and going FCS.
Not a diamond in the rough at all…..kid has been a two time All-American at Bethel. I have seen him play multiple times and it was clear that he was playing at the wrong level….6’3” 215 and runs a 4.4 16 INTs and 6 of which he took back for TDs…..also returned kicks and punts and played offense. He would have an immediate impact for our defense if we get him.Diamond in the rough?
Aren't schools prohibited from commenting on recruits until they are officially committed and signed at the school. Verbal commits don't sign their commitments, etc. until later. That's why there are signing day press releases and events. Only then can the school and coaches comment publically. The lack of actual recruit/transfer information in this 32 page thread is a testament to the horrible job this staff does at building buzz and excitement around recruiting. Its driving me fucking nuts.
Gubner made it work imo, DL needs to be ridiculously good for 3-3-5 to be goodProbably could have done better with a 3-3-5 in the second half to get a handle on Szczur.
Elrond. You’re dealing with people who think teams stay in their base defense the entire game. It’s not worth it. Although to be fair, Baer would stay in his base defense the entire game. Bradford changed that.
Impressive, with skills like that Hauck will force him to be a kicker or right tackleNot a diamond in the rough at all…..kid has been a two time All-American at Bethel. Picked up offers from Iowa State and Wisconsin, so probably a long shot at best.
Sounds like a great athlete and addition. Not a diamond in the rough at all…..kid has been a two time All-American at Bethel. Is that true? I don’t know.Gubner made it work imo, DL needs to be ridiculously good for 3-3-5 to be good
Well, we've seen it both ways in the last two years. And objectively the answer is yes.Is that true? I don’t know.
Bahaha, honestly thought it was autocorrect, brother. But, hey, if we are going to start holding me up in comparison to figures of great wisdom, I think you are really onto something here.I’d like to point this out since everyone seems to have missed it. I’m a nerd…
Not if the other school is Portland State! hahahaI heard Fernandez is visiting another school, so the commit is unlikely to be him.![]()
He's visiting Weber today. He had all these visits scheduled one after another a week ago. Probably just doing his due diligence if he did in fact commit yesterday.I heard Fernandez is visiting another school, so the commit is unlikely to be him.![]()
He wouldn’t keep on taking visits if he committed. He's visiting Weber today. He had all these visits scheduled one after another a week ago. Probably just doing his due diligence if he did in fact commit yesterday.
True. We'll see how it goes. Not sure how Weber can provide a better visit than UM but we'll se how it shakes out.He wouldn’t keep on taking visits if he committed.
It's a good school. Was very impressed with their campusTrue. We'll see how it goes. Not sure how Weber can provide a better visit than UM but we'll se how it shakes out.
