For sure. That's the part I hate about this whole system. If you want to create a transfer portal where a kid can take a shot to better his football career, I'm all for it. But I hate that we have a system where teams can low-key (or not) recruit guys that are on other teams. That's not even free agency, it's a step beyond. I suppose it's not unlike the "real world" where employers can do the same but it's hard to see how it doesn't put lower levels and smaller institutions at a huge disadvantage.Riley already has 3 FBS offers….Houston, Wash St, UTEP all within minutes of declaring portal. You can’t tell me these programs weren’t already in his ear to jump ship.
It’s ok. Everybody makes mistakes.Yes. I meant Otlewski. My bad.
You found a common thread and it makes you feel dirty.Good grief. I can't believe how much I'm agreeing with cat fans today. The world must be close to coming to an end.![]()
Some people like you never get anything right, at least football-related.It’s ok. Everybody makes mistakes.

Hayden? He’s a senior with no eligibility who is declaring for NFL draftHarris to the portal.![]()
I'm an idiot and read it wrong.Hayden? He’s a senior with no eligibility who is declaring for NFL draft
I think Tuff Harris is out of eligibility alsoI'm an idiot and read it wrong.
NCAA already tried, the Supreme Court said NO!I’ve always wondered if eventually the ncaa would put a one transfer limit on these athletes.
Seems like that would be mutually beneficial to both athletes and the programs.
I think it should be a one time transfer without penalty unless the HC leaves, then you are granted another opportunity to transfer if you see fit.I’ve always wondered if eventually the ncaa would put a one transfer limit on these athletes.

Actually, it was the case brought a year ago by former Cat hoops player Raequan Battle. A federal court case in West Virginia.NCAA already tried, the Supreme Court said NO!
