I would say maybe 10 tops and I believe we will see an upset somewhere there or at least a scare like ISU gave UNLV.
 
Do the Kittens lose more this week or in the last game of the season? Both are trending towards being embarrassing blowouts. Too bad the Cats could be favored in all their games between the massacres.

I'm a Griz, through and through and the scats suck! but, after listening to Colter Nuanez's ESPN radio program and looking at past results, I'm rethinking my previous postings on the scats results this year. They are going to be much better than they were last year. In fact, I think they will win the BSC and the NC. Brett Vigen is the best coach in the BSC and will have the scat offense and defense performing even better than last year. If the scats don't beat Oregon and SDSU to start the season, I will be surprised.

There usually isn't a poll after week 0. I don't think they will do a new one until after week 1 games are complete.

. I know some of you guys made some cute jokes of Bear fans having a podcast... but this episode shows that these guys are also Big Sky fans with a lot of their knowledge. I gave it a listen while driving last night and it is a pretty good show. Lot of shout outs to the Griz as well in their podcast. A lot of stuff they say is very similar to what I read on this board regarding the Big Sky overall. Looks like they will do one of these each week for Big Sky. Worth a listen if you have nothing to do at your cubicle or are on the road...
 
No way does Mont St win that opening game. Davis, Idaho St, and UNC with only wins on opening weekend for Big Sky. The FBS paid for talent just too high for those money games. I will be cheering for an upset though. Sac St vs South Dakota St... I see SDSU winning... but can Brennan get his dream roster to gel early will depend on how this goes. Very intriguing game. (At this time, this is in the only week you will see me say UNC should win this week)

Even if it’s good, we we can still make fun of both of UNC’s fans. Right? It’s good for conference to have engaged fans, regardless of tneir teams conference standing.

Most definitely... UNC has earned the right to be a laughing joke with the pain that has been inflicted upon us... doesn't change that I still cheer for them. I have become a huge Big Sky fan over the last 5 years only because of the way the P4/P5 has been handled becoming a monetary powerhouse. So I cheer for Big Sky over any opposing conference any chance I get... disappointed a lot of the time but still cheer for them. This weekend it was ISU who had the win but gave the disappointment. I also am a MWC fan which is really crappy the way those PAC traitors left the conference... was awesome this weekend to see the future PAC traitors get asses handed to them and Hawaii to get the win.

As for other Big Sky podcasts. I listen to Samuel Akem pretty religiously. If you know of any other guys from other schools that you feel are worth listening/watching ... please do put it out.
 
The neighbors will never get this in regards to their site because they weren’t relevant the first couple decades the internet was around, but it’s a good sign that we have engagement from most of the other conference teams and FCS teams here. Even if it’s just the week of a game against them as the opponent.

Football can extend far beyond the field, and though there is plenty of craziness here, especially in the offseason, it’s great to interact with other fans that are passionate about their programs.
