And now you know why Mark Few was sitting courtside in Cheney when NAU visited.....

As in he committed to UM?Tyler Isaak, commit from Citrus College, 6’4” SG
Yes, per VCAs in he committed to UM?
Certainly seems to be a scorer!
Nice find tgreseth! I’m always weary of JUCO guys, but it looks like he started his career at Cal Baptist, spent 2 years there, then went and balled out at Citrus this year. Very similar to Sawyer’s path to UM. 18ppg and 41% 3pt shooting. If he can translate that to the D1 level, then this will be a hell of a pickup!

I was thinking the same.I'm guessing this means no Kai Johnson.
Could be but I was thinking this is the spot replacing Patterson. Sharp shooter that comes off the bench. I don’t see Isaak starting. This could definitely mean no Kai though. Wonder if we’ll ever get any actual confirmation on his status.I'm guessing this means no Kai Johnson.
Of course they are. Everyone at that school is utterly insane.Based upon what I am hearing/reading, is that because of the uncertainty surrounding several lawsuits currently is that most schools aren't going to finish their rosters until June/July.
The portal closes today and a bit different than last year, all players regardless of classification (undergrad or grad) are asked to have their name submitted. Probably 90% of the ones that have entered yesterday and today are guys like Hawthorne or Threatt that are looking for an extra year but will need a court decision to free them up.
There are only a few schools that I think are done or are close to being done in the Big Sky. Montana being one, Portland State being another, and likely Weber State.
Sacramento State is got a lot of work to do, still likely has 8-10 roster positions to fill. They seem to be in on literally just about every power 4 transfer I've seen lately. Most schools without the advantage of hyper-accurate reporting seem to have 3-5 roster positions left to fill. I think NAU, UNC, and Idaho might have in excess of that, but it is hard to know because I just don't dabble in all the BSC recruiting stuff outside of Montana that much when it comes to HS signings or JC commits.
I think you are absolutely correct in your assessment. Almost all of the entries to the portal over the last few days were players who seemingly had used all of their eligibility. Everything will fall into place after there are some major rulings. It only effects our level because of what scraps may be left over after the P4 free for all. The scraps may be a bit better if the rulings favor those players. If the rulings are against those players, there will be very little left over for anybody in the BSC. Some of our coaches are taking a big risk. It could pay off or it could spell disaster.Based upon what I am hearing/reading, is that because of the uncertainty surrounding several lawsuits currently is that most schools aren't going to finish their rosters until June/July.
