I did not watch the Oregon Idaho game as I was busy visiting/tailgating with friends and family before the Griz game. Looking at the stats Oregon was the better team, but several people were/are thinking that Oregon is going to be in the FBS National Championship game. Losing sucks, but was that actually a “good loss” by Idaho?

Oregon is not the same Oregon that is a high-powered offense. They are trying to transition into an NFL caliber throwing team and there are some intense head scratching calls that were happening. Several times Idaho defense made some very key stops on Oregon's running game. Oregon has the tools and weapons to be the old high-powered throwing offense but the coach wants to run it more.
Oregon is definitely not in the top 3 for FBS. They will get shellacked by Ohio State on October 12
Yes Idaho is very good this year. Their defensive line seems to be playing strong. Their safeties and corners are suspect though
