Another player to pay attention to is Jaden Graham in Lewistown. He is going into his Junior year and had some success with summer ball.

Being from Lewistown, I know the coaches there and am friends with his dad... :thumb:

Any info on Phillip Malatare of Arlee? Dude was a stone cold killer at Griz camps the past couple years and of course led Arlee to state C title last year. Senior now. Surely he is on the radar?

Never mind. I just learned he will be playing for Tech.

If you look at the text posted in the pictures on his Twitter page, it looks like Guinn is no longer intending on being a Griz. https://twitter.com/dariusguinn?lang=en

Yes, but he does still have the UM offer Pinned... Weird.
Will leave until it gets verified

On January 1st he retweeted Cole Grossman's commitment tweet....

Griz offer Joseph Octave (with pinned tweet) scores 30 points with 6dunks in a HS game

I Like the Octave kid. The more athletic we get at the wing position the better.

I am stoked to finally be able to go see Lewistown tonight in Bozeman. Jaden Graham has had roughly 70 points total in last three games. He is a junior.

It's been a while! When is the last time we had a kid from NJ?? No D1 offers yet. Looks bouncy all his highlights are dunks.

2019 SF Stephan Gabriel (6-5, 215, 2★) has received an offer from Montana. Other sites have him at 6'8" now.

Those are D1 offers.

Ya I saw those in the tweet. Didn't see any on the recruiting sites or mention on his page of any. Either way, the kid is bouncy and would up the athleticism of our wings!

That's saying a lot right there.

DAMN, Anderson much be a really late bloomer. What are realistic expectations for him this season, as a SR? I have not seen him play.

Definitely a late bloomer. The word is potential here. He has little production to go off. He had a huge growth spurt the last year or so is what I read so a 6’4” wing with some handles becomes a lot more appealing when he grows to 6’8”. He did well this summer in AAU with an increased role. I’d expect him to be more dominant for Bozeman this year and we should hope for that. I think we might have got a steal here because he is in Montana.

I can attest to Mack Anderson being a very athletic big. I've seen him live, and living in Butte I see the bozeman tv news sports highlights after every game. Against Montana AA competition he dominates,. He runs the floor like a deer (finishes on fast breaks) and plays above the rim. Mack is a skilled big kid. He is a scary shot blocker. Anderson has moves in the block (that often end in dunks), and can play away from the basket which I feel he can do at Montana. Like TD said, he will be a fan favorite. And not just because he's from Montana. I was very happy when I saw him sign those papers (on tv) from from enemy territory because the cats and everybody in bozeman wanted him to be a cat, including his HS coach.

Wes thinks Anderson will be equal or better than Huestis

Anderson is by far the best Div 1 recruit in Montana.

Bozeman took 2nd at State, lost to CMR.

Here is what CMR said: "It's hard to beat them (Bozeman). They're a real athletic team. We just decided to stay aggressive and just keep attacking."

It was that attacking offense that got Bozeman's big man, 6-9 senior Mack Anderson, into foul trouble in the first half.

"It's hard to get anything over him," Vining said of Anderson, who led the Hawks with 20 points and 12 rebounds. "He got into foul trouble early, and when he's not in the game, he can't hurt us."

Jared Lucas a PG also on your list was just offered by Tinkle

Tinkle is in my dog house. When he saw the bracket, he texted the Michigan coach "Take it easy on the Griz.".
