Sept. 29 @ Cal Poly (1-10) Cal Poly was downright awful this season, including a 42-0 loss to UNC to finish their year. Griz have really struggled against the triple option in recent years, and hopefully new blood at DC will remedy that.

when's the last time the griz played a triple option team(bqm) i know hauck's teams sure struggled against them, but other than poly every now and again i'm having a hard time remembering the griz playing triple option teams in the last few years.

but yes, hauck's griz teams struggled against them for sure.

I don't remember in particular, the only other FCS schools who run the TO that I can name are Kennesaw State and Citadel. but if UM struggled with the Cal Poly offense, then they did in fact struggle with the Triple Option.

The scats have run a variety of option against the Griz with considerable success over the past couple of years.
