Should still dray well. The largest viewing audience for UM/NDSU was in Alabama so they will tune in to more local teams...should be a win for ESPN

Yep, ESPN is a business first. Viewer numbers drive decisions like this. I have no problem with it. Just accept that however dear to our hearts the Griz and anything west of the Mississippi is to us, there are so many more people in our great country that are more interested in what is in their backyard.

More east coast bias. Missoula, Montana is not on anybody's radar even though we have the best fan base, best host town and best facility. Ho hum.

Maybe ESPN just wants good teams to play football on opening weekend?
