Now is the time to plan necessary changes with the OL. Hopefully, we don't go thru another season with an inferior line. JC transfers?

I am not sure you will see a lot of new faces on the OL....

I'm hoping at least one.....Angel Villanueva. Would be a red shirt Freshman. Dude looks like a beast.

My point was that you probably won't see anyone new added to the roster that would play a role in the OL....

Im not so sure about that.

O-Line transfers like JCs don't work out as a rule. It is one of the most difficult things to recruit and that is a good solid O-line guy that can come in and play right away. Perhaps we could get two of the second string Bison to come over and that would be a great help.

Seriously, I tend to think we will be 10-15 lbs heaver per player and 90% smarter with our existing players coming back on the O- Line. We have one of the best O-line coaches in the business so that's my story and we will see how this all shakes out. Remember, these guys had to learn this new offense in a very short time and had a new coaching staff to show them the way....Both the head coach and line coach were brand new.

This from one of Sim's mothers friend: "Sims ain't going anywhere."

Some of you dooms day nuts should try out for dance team review over at Freds!

Which 2016 players will be contenders for the coveted "Marq Rogers/Willy Pflug Award," honoring the players with the highest fan expectations who will never actually get to see the field?

Allweather, that award is actually named the Ronnie Rodamar Award! No one will ever take that away from him.

I thought that was the Ryan Kessman award.

Two players I consider that might be viewed as potential "sleeper-type" players are # 98 Mike Ralston, a 6'5" 260 lb DT (R-Jr) that was All-State as a DT and team captain in hs in Oregon. And # 99 Reggie Tilleman, 6'4 251 lb (R-So) another DL that was All-State DE from Idaho. When Tilleman first appeared he was listed as 195 lbs. In one year he gained nearly 56 lbs!? That's a lot of work in the weight room! Both @ DT would be interesting come spring camp.

#57 Shane Cochran (R-So) 6'1" 225 lb sure sounds like a decent football name for a Griz LB.

Have not heard one time Daum mentioned as showing he is going to be impact player through all of fall camp. So you might be correct on both instances.

Tough for Daum to show much when he had his arm in a sling and was in street clothes at practice for most of the season. Maybe he should have played on the Scout team with one arm?

Ding ding ding. Daum isn't going anywhere.

Thanks for clearing up why I hadn't heard anything. No clue he was hurt
