Thank you for the advice everyone. I appreciate it.

How does going to the sun road compare to Beartooth pass?
longer maybe, (sun) but I hate to try and compare them, each is outstanding, both should be on everyone's bucket list-

Our family never visits Missoula without doing the Myrtle Street Double. Stop at Bernice's Bakery for a cupcake and then walk a block down Myrtle Street to the Kettlehouse for a beer.

Bernice's cupcakes are indescribably good. Each is a work of art and each is way tasty. We have a strict limit of one per day as you could simply eat them till you die of sugar overdose.

The Kettlehouse is the the Kettlehouse. It serves exactly one thing, beer. Cold Smoke is the award winner and as a gluten free person I can say that the Seeley Axed (a wicked pun btw) is the best GF beer I've ever had. You can literally only get beer, nothing else. It's an interesting place, sometimes with interesting "characters".

Nice win yesterday Griz. I looked at the Big Sky and man, what a mess right now!

I think we are going to make a trip up to Missoula next year for the game, and we are planning to make an extended trip out of it. I am looking to do some fly fishing around Missoula the week before the game, and I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a reputable guide in the area that won't break the bank?

Other than fishing, any other sight seeing spot you would recommend? I was in Missoula in 2003, but we didn't do much other than go to the game.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks and good luck next Saturday against EWU.
On your way west, I recommend fishing the best trout water in the state, Holter Lake to Cascade on the Mighty Mo. check out "Headhunters" website and ask for Ben. You don't have to take my word for it there are plenty of reviews out there.
Stillwater & E & W Rosebuds; south from I-90 at Columbus toward the magnificent Beartooths.

How does going to the sun road compare to Beartooth pass?

I was a moron and passed up a week backpacking trip with my friend in Glacier two years ago. Pictures of the trout he caught on the Flathead and scenery still make me pissed at myself.

Go stick your head under water for 20 minutes, when you come up maybe I will have a suggestion.

Take your trash back to 2003 and dump that crap on your board which is the site of a dirty program that thrives on violating NCAA rules.

NDSU has never violated a NCAA rule has montana? this guy Is pyscho.

We plan on hitting downtown Missoula, that bar/restaurant that used to be a train? awesome steak we had there on way to Spokane for NDSU ncaa basketball tourney.

I love visiting Montana and am looking forward to it, but every time I have been there, I have came back with a massive headache and an empty wallet. F......

Careful. The FSPB presence is less than it once was, but I think a few still lurk around here. In recent months, a few have reported an wireless IP address from The Yaak with a payor by the name of Tommy "Two Dicks" Malone. Don't freak out, it's not what you think, he was just named that because he reportedly has two dicks. Anyway, Two Dicks has ties to the old FSPB network, and rumor has it that he might be spearheading a push to regain some control for the Boyz.

Beartooth Pass = 10,947'. About 75 miles from I-90.
Logan Pass (Going to the Sun) = 6646'. About 171 miles from I-90.

Both need to be experienced. There is just something about Going To The Sun though. 3 hours from Missoula and more than worth it.
