Yep. For all the overzealous posters that predict you're going to beat the Bison, and then roll through your schedule with only a loss or two, or some even predicted 11 and 0, they need to step back and look at the reality of the situation with your lines. NDSU is going to manhandle you with their massive O Line. I think their guys are all like 6'6" or 6\7" and like 310 pounds.

You really reach for it don't you. Most every one seems to realize the Griz will need to play amazing to have a shot at pulling off an upset. Instead of continuing on your same ole schtick, read the range of comments instead of obsessing over two or three examples...you're kind of dense. Of course one or two people are going to predict 11-0 every year no matter what. it's a f...ing poll on a fan website. You should worry instead about the fact that your team has no depth at O-line and maybe one good cornerback.

See the Griz5700 post above. There are way more griz fans out there thinking you're either going to win this game or it's going to go down to the wire, than you think. Yes, of course I'm just here to stir the pot and point out how stupid some people's predictions are. I'm usually right on with my predictions.

This game isn't going to be very close. I'd say the odds of MSU going undefeated in regular season this year is more likely than you upsetting NDSU, and neither is gonna happen.

Boy, all it took was a quick scan through your posts from last November to put that to bed.

Now go discuss your big matchup with Fart Lewis. :coffee:
I bet on the Griz/Cat game every single year, and I have benefited greatly from folks like poorgriz. And the beauty of it is they just keep coming back for more.

At least our GRIZ have the guts to schedule and play them vs the CATS who ran for the hills.

Cupcake schedule. Here's my quote from a BSC strength of schedule thread I started earlier.
t10th MONTANA ST_____25pts____19pts
Fort Lewis_________________D2________na__________0
at Eastern Washington_______1st_______6th__________5
Cal Poly___________________1st_______24th_________4
at Northern Arizona_________2nd_______na__________3
Sacramento State___________3rd_______na__________1
at Portland State____________3rd_______na__________2
East Tennessee State____independent___na__________1
at North Dakota_____________4th______na__________1
Southern Utah______________3rd_______na__________1
at Idaho State______________2nd______18th_________4
Montana___________________1st______17th_________3
Easily the easiest schedule of any of the top BSC teams thanx largely to the OOC games. Sure they play E Wash but the other two are a D2 school and an FCS independent that is feilding a team for the first time. The con sched is a little tuffer with games at NAU, PSU, and Idaho St. Home games against Cal Po, Sac St, and of course the brawl. Loses to Idaho St(the Big Human wants this soooo badly) and Mont in Nov will solidify Ash's teams rep and probably cost him his job if it keeps them from the playoffs.

Griz vs. MSU Score Prediction
39 to 25 CATS

Interesting little factoid since all the cat trolls have been over here a lot lately. Griz are 6-2 over the cats in their last eight games with the two losses coming with our backup quarterbacks (Roper and Hyphenator). Yet in their twisted world there's been a changing of the guard. Try to keep it closer than 37-6 this year fellas.

Oh and I meant to say this has been during the most turbulent time in Griz football history with changing of coaches, firings, investigations, etc. 2-6 is all you've got during this tumultuous time? I think Griz football is in a very good place again and in very good hands and this could only be troubling for the kitty cat fans. Hey I'm a poet and didn't know it

You completely nailed this one. I was just thinking the same thing. It's really sad actually but I can see the end of JJ's career playing out eerily similar to DM's. Poised for a deep playoff run and possible shot at the national title - but likely drop games at the end of the season due to playing injured, tough schedule, etc.

The funniest thing is how loudly you guys like to beat your chests on a win over a team with key injuries, our #1 QB was out, #1 RB was out. The griz did a great job against Bleskin, had him rattled and injured by the 1st qtr, impressive... but if you think its going to end this year like last year, you'd better hope Prukop injured, again, otherwise I wouldn't bank on it.

Every year it's the same old injury excuse?

When will the kittens stop recruiting injury prone players?

No, the funniest thing is that you think the QB thing would have mattered with the way our D-line chewed up your O-line...every...single...down.

Dude, we own you guys on your own field too! You've won like 3 games on your field against the Griz in the last 30 years...

Na, we don't need him hurt. I don't like anyone to get injured, no matter the team/player but it is part of the game as we all know. I do however want him black and blue and begging for mercy.

Ummm...not really gonna matter what Prukop does or doesn't do unless you get a defense. You seem to be brushing the most important aspect of the game under the rug. And the beating of the chest isn't from any one game. It's from the hundred plus years of domination, and the mind blowing winning percentage against you guys over the last twenty plus.

Yep, keep up the chest beating really makes your point. I will loving it hearing about Prukop when you guys actually have to play against him... and it will matter.

The few times you have squeaked out wins against us in the last couple decades are when you had a good defense. They weren't barn burners with flashy qb play. You guys have lacked any real balance for some time (all offense last year), and most signs point to a similar team makeup this year. It shows up every time you play balanced, more talented teams. The fact that you are set on one player beating the Griz for you says it all. Lucky for your team ego in the short term, your schedule is as soft as it gets. So yeah, Prukop should put up some great numbers this year. :thumb:
