2-deep for UW

UM is trying a new Offense:

When Coach Hauck was asked about it... He said "Shit, we only need 10 to beat the huskies!"

Six true freshmen on the opening day 2-deep (not counting specialists). That’s got to be a record.

Will be hard to keep up with UW with only 10 players on O. No slot? Or is it double-tights?

On the surface some may be concerned. I look at it differently. Coach Hauck is secure in his position and he is taking a very long view of things. That many freshman and underclassmen in general, bodes well for the future of the program. (Getting quality time). His recruiting classes are very strong. Rome was not built in a day. The program will be very prolific for years to come. I applaud his and the staffs efforts. He is a damn good leader.

MayGinnes must be a beast to beat out Pillans.

And really glad to see Forbes in there, given how his spring season ended…

No concern here. I love it actually.
14 total Fr’s and R-Fr on this list. One-quarter. 25% (14/56). Not possible in most years.
It’s a sign of the times, but also a super-class on so many levels.

I think the missing slot and 3 TEs (only position with 3) means lots of 12 personnel. Which is Bobby-ball at its finest.
Yo-ho-ho and a bottle of cool with me, Captain.

No slot Receiver, what a waste to not get Sulser on the field outside of kick returns if true.

Well since that only notes 10 positions on offense, and anyone with common sense would assume Sulser would play quite a bit, not really sure what your complaint is about.

The suggestion is they are going to mostly run two tight end sets.

They aren't and I think it's a misprint.

Who exactly made that suggestion?
