No. With the exception of a few programs, Kansas, Duke, North Carolina etc, college football is a bigger deal to the fan base. College basketball has lost a lot of fans the past 15 to 20 years.

I think it's a pretty big deal, but I'm more impressed by wining 14 of the last 15 or whatever it is.

That must have been the case. The bobcats must have been fabulous in years of yore.

I've been a Grizzly fan for 40 + years and it seems like the cats haven't won more than a dozen games in that span. I would have thought the Grizzies had a two to one advantage in the overall record.

For a long time the Cats were very good. I think they are credited in history as being either the first or second national champion sometime in the late 1920's. Haven't looked this up but I remember something along those lines. Of course College Basketball was a whole different animal back then!

I have been a Silvertip fan for 65 years. Take it from me, the Bobcats owned the Grizzlies throughout the 50s and 60s... up until about 1970. Then along came Jud.
