NDSU is not that good. Our qb gave away this game. I'm looking forward to next year. FTB
Not good?

Just curb stomping your team.....
NDSU is good, no denying that. But the Griz also came out and s**t down their leg. This is the on-the-road team that showed up (well, did not show up) at Liberty ... and NDSU is way better than Liberty.
NDSU didn't beat us. We beat ourselves. It's that simple. Good for them.

What?

Is championship football played with a Stit style offense without a running game? If I were a Griz fan, that would be my beef. That ain't changing next year. Yes, TOP matters

If they aren;t that good, this MOntana team is really bad and it sucks for fans moving forward with this coach and this QB.

I don't believe that, but you must if you are saying a team beating Montana 37-6 isn't that good.

Youre looking at the scoreboard and not what attributed to that score but ok bud w/e you say :thumb:

What attributed to it? The NDSU pressure, a coaching staff that took away Montana strength's, the crowd environment, and a QB who is mentally fragile. ALl part of the ingredients of NDSU just being better than Montana. NO QB is going to come into NDSU and through for 65%+, no turnovers, and average 7+ ypt. It hasn't happened since NDSU went FCS. I'm not sure why you are surprised that Montana isn;t the first...

The backfield stable is a little bare, hopefully that is addressed. I think he wants to run but...not happening

OK, turnover on 4th down deep in Montana territory; Brady threw but essentially during a sack.

Will someone explain "The Playbook" that Brady had mastered?

Can't run read option with a QB that won't keep the ball

Montana is too rich a program for a coach like Stitt. He would have been a great OC at this level for a program like Montana. He really fed UofM some bullStitt.

Number one is team discipline. A direct reflection on the head coach. Major penalties and on this punt, you see a push from behind, thank goodness it doesn't get called, but a very dumb play. Yep, this team has some great talent and the only thing holding it back was Stitt. Hey, another sideline pattern... Great play call... How about a fly sweep now too.

Dude you're an idiot, crawl back into your hole. Anyone who thinks this team is worse off with Stitt at the helm is a f***[*] idiot. Wait till this dude gets the players he wants. Kids gravitate towards Stitt he will have his pick of the mill on the recruiting trail and he will get the exact kids he needs to run his show. Don't be surprised if we're in the chipper within the next 2 years. And at that time I will happily tell you and the other Stitt haters to politely f*** off

100% agree. You should get a medal for this post sir. I don't understand the pessimism on this board and the expectations put on a first year coach. How have our previous coaches faired in their first year. From what I can remember this is one of the better performances of a first year coach that we've had. We beat state...we made it to the second round of the playoffs. What more can you ask for this year???

Sure hope there is some major effort to recruit a transfer hotshot QB for next year.

not gonna happen....

According to some, players will follow Stitt? So why wouldn't this fly sweep mastermind be able to get "his" qb for next year?

Jackass Engstrom in a Griz letter jacket on the Griz sideline in the Fargodome. That doesn't help matters. We all hate Engstrom!
