Gus is simply off. we saw it in the Poly game, the start of the Liberty game and the second half of the SDSU game. My guess is that he gets a little tight, and nothing is thrown quite right. Reminds me of my golf game. When i am on , it a easy game. IDK i play better after a few beers, maybe that is what Gus needs.

I was thinking Fireball. Aren't there any Griz fans there that can help him out?

In the meantime our D is wearing out. Don't expect a better 2nd half.

Ive been preaching this ALL SEASON .. besides a few games where we had great offensive games, the defense has been on the field prob 70% of the game weekly

What do you expect when the offense is playing with a fast break mentality?

Defense is packing it in too. Stitt and Gregorak do not have these guys prepped.

They are getting beat by a better team...and that is being compounded by the inconsistency of the Griz offense

with Gus being a pocket passer and being off the mark today........a mobile QB would at least give us another dimension to defend.............with this good of a defense we need another form of attack.
we look simple to defend.....even our ace receivers are being smothered

Really? Go back and look at the 2nd half drives against SDSU and the first half of this game. Not dramatic at all

This is a team that has a QB that had six TD passes in one game. And was our leading rusher in the games he played? He doesn't play.

Absolutely - He needs to recruit a QB and suit him up for the 2nd half immediately

The key is they're shutting down the run game with 4 linemen. That give them 7 guys to defend 4 receivers...tough to win when that's the case.

Everyone knew going to NDSU would be tough place to come home with a win but to not move the ball on offense is disappointing! I know NDSU has a good D but not all world.

The fact is NDSU is discipline, they cater to old school offense that works for them. Ground and Pound. They are good! They are discipline and good at all facets of the game! Special teams, Offense and Defense. That's why they are 4 time national champs.

Well new half! Up hill climb! Let's go Griz! Let's give them a game!
