Except on the last drive......I see the offense throwing to the sidelines mostly sideline screens also delay running plays. This doesn't work well against a discipline team like NDSU. Need to go right at them. Unfortunately the Griz are outmatched. They need slants over the middle or posts. Even though the last pass was picked over the middle I liked seeing that play rather than going sideline to sideline. Lets go north and south

Big uphill battle! First thing needed....a 3 and out! Then see what the offense does.....offense needs to score on first possession of the second half.

Montana abused Champion in the first game and hardly have thrown at him in the 1st Half. There are guys open but Brady has to go through the progressions...NDSU has a great game plan, Similar to Poly. We can stop your run with 3 or 4 guys so we will man up and see what you can do. Like Poly Brady forces the throws and the INT's add up.

Let's see if Stitt knows what the defense is doing and can dial up some plays where Brady can gain confidence. If not this team will end the game with the worst 3 halves of football known in the history of Griz football.......

Gus is simply off. we saw it in the Poly game, the start of the Liberty game and the second half of the SDSU game. My guess is that he gets a little tight, and nothing is thrown quite right. Reminds me of my golf game. When i am on , it a easy game. IDK i play better after a few beers, maybe that is what Gus needs.

They are getting beat by a better team...and that is being compounded by the inconsistency of the Griz offense

Yes, the better team is winning. Finally a sane post.
Does that mean we should be happy about the way we're playing?

Yup, we are playing poorly....give credit to a very good ndsu! Witnessing a typical egriz meltdown in process of many posts. Egriz wets its pants when Gus et al are playing well but once they fail it's under the bus.

It's not that they are simply being out played. They are melting down. Big difference. The Griz offense seems to have left themselves in Missoula. The road Griz that lost to Liberty has gone to Fargo.

Most aren't throwing him under the bus, however, his play in the last 4 quarters has been terrible. That's not throwing him under the bus, that's just stating fact. Today he's missed wide open recievers on critical 3rd downs, just as he did in the second half vs sdsu. To make matters worse, he is throwing into double coverage which has resulted in two of his three interception, and his third interception I don't think anyone knows who he was throwing to. He also just doesn't seem to be on the same page as his recievers all the time, which to be fair is to be expected when he has only started 7 games and only finished 6 of those. If um somehow pulls a miracle it will have to be on Brady, and he doesn't seem like he has that in him judging by his play in the last 4 quarters

We are beyond pissed in section 7. Ndsu sitting on the ball with 148 left and 2 TO'S. Argh.

We didn't expect this, ndsu defense playing well. Couple plays different and it's 10-0 or less.

Seems dramatic.

Really? Go back and look at the 2nd half drives against SDSU and the first half of this game. Not dramatic at all

Why is Stitt running the ball with all the receivers flexed out? He has also gone completely away from what was working in the last few games.

Gus needs to sit down...

so what you are saying is....time to quit....

Gus needs to be done. He is rattled and panicking. It's time to try something new.

really.....there isn't a "try something new" option sitting on the bench that can play QB....

This...Boys and Girls, just enjoy the game, pray for a miracle...and realize that this is year one in trying to implement a system that has to bring us back from the dark ages of the Delaney Experiment.

Anything this year and next is a bonus....year 3, that's when you should put your sights on making a realistic run.

Bison aren't that great, just picked a bad day to be off on throws. Couldn't ever run the ball, so that's not a big change. Chill, have a beer, hope for the best...If Gus gets hot, they can get back in this, but that's the only shot the Griz have...no other qb on that roster has a chance...

....and as big of fucking whiner and downer that tinderbox is, he's right, not a better option sitting on that bench.

Well, I think it is time to see if Stitt is as talented of a coach as everyone thinks he is.

Absolutely - He needs to recruit a QB and suit him up for the 2nd half immediately

Griz will comeback and win, Stitt's offense is built for it.

Jones needs to step up and beat the "big time" corner.

Henderson can own #5.

Gro Griz.
