No....you are the first.....but Axed.....predicted the Kitties.....lose by 10....next Saturday.....

Bottom line is why does anyone care what a cat fan thinks. They would rather beat the Griz than make the playoffs. The bar is set very high for Montana so any time they hiccup cats pounce. With that said the reality is we are going to have to play as perfect a game as possible to stay with uni next Saturday.

SFU is pretty damn good at a few things, D secondary, O Line, and obviously as we all knew going in, their return game and special teams. They looked like a top 5 BSC team to me. We need to fix kick coverage now. We do need to open up the playbook but I think Stitt showed how to lull them with some limited stuff and then hit the accelerator in the second when their D was a bit tired. Clean up a couple of the turnovers and stop two huge returns, even at say midfield, and this game is the blowout we all want to see. Credit SFU with having some good size and speed.

Better to win ugly than lose pretty.

Or be a bobcat fan.
Another oldie but goodie: "A win's a win."

Had an amusing thought -- hard to get to that mood right now, but did it anyway. What do you think defensive coordinators for future Griz opponents are going to show their teams? The wholesale ineptitude of the first half, or the stretches when the Griz got going and put up 520 yards of total offense against what was, if nothing else, supposed to be a pretty good defensive outfit? That more than doubled the offensive output for the Red Flash, BTW. Yes, they were big on punt/kick returns, but -- except for a few big plays, the Griz D pretty much shut down their offense.

You were playing against a really weak conference team in the lower half of it. Not impressive realistically.

I believe SFU was a playoff team last year. It seems they improved as the year went on. Unlike lil bro.

Cat fans need not concern themselves. The cats have a one dimensional offense and the right respectable Mr. Newell will be hamburger by the time we meet up. MSU is in for a long, long season punctuated with kicking at dogs, screaming at kids, throwing of half full beers and the frantic typing of obscenities.

Very vanilla offense. Ran, about, 6 different plays tonight. Must have wanted to show UNI very little on film. Special teams were special Ed. D was put in tough situations all night with the turnovers. St. Francis running back was best offensive player on the field. Louis-McGee is the real deal! Here is to getting Sanders back at safety and not making a team look like the Patriots against Montana. Yes a win is a win and it is the first game but it was ugly.

One of the dumbest statements in this entire thread, and that is saying a lot.

Wrong....

Then Stitt is a dumbass.

Thought the D played fairly well, still have some work to do but they are mostly new. Offense was shit the first half. Turned it on in the 2nd. UNI is going to destroy you. NAU and EWU will be duking it out for conference champion.
Keep telling yourself that.

What about this don't you agree with? It was tough, but this was a fair summary free of bias.

But everyday you wake up and  realize no matter how bad the Griz may seem they are still 10 time better than the Cats will ever be.. We can see that makes you nuts.
Exactly. The Griz will be right near the top of the conference, and likely win it this season. Cat fans know this, but don't want to admit it. It's adorable to see it in action on egriz of all places.

Well let's hope it's their place kicker kicking at the dogs, because based on what we've seen, he's sure to miss.

No, I'm a REALISTIC fan! That doesn't make me a d*ckhead, and agree with you! Don't confuse your drunken stupor with reality! You bitches will be lucky to win three games this year.

Wow, sensitive tonight. We will win more than three. Let's see what we do againsr
Bryant Univ. as they are rated above St Francis.

Have you EVER been right in ANYTHING you've posted.

SFU finished second in the NEC last year, ahead of Bryant. They're projected by both the coaches and the media to finish ahead of Bryant again this year, and many believe they'll beat Duquene and win the NEC.

Bryant? Not so much. But keep making shit up if it makes you feel better, bullshit33.

Bryant beat St Francis last year and they have a senior laden team this year both on offense and defense.

And yet they still finished behind SFU and are predicted to do so again this year, making your post -- like every fucking thing you've ever posted -- WRONG.

BTW, your senior laden Bryanters struggled mightily to beat a DII no one has ever heard of yesterday.

So you think that Bryant doing the following is "struggling mightily": Up 21-13 at the half, up 27-13 with 13.5 to go in the 3d, up 35-13 with 6.5 to go in the 3d, winning 41-20; and racking up almost 500 yards of total offense?

Yes. But you wouldn't understand since you last played the game during the Wilson administration.

Merrimack -- which up till yesterday I thought was an extremely cheap counter top surface-- dominated TOP and total yardage in the game. What cost the Counter Tops the game was too many penalties at critical times.

I watched that game yesterday. They rolled over that team 41-20. With about 15 seconds left they were on the other team's half yard line. Instead of running another play and scoring they took a knee. The score would have been 48-20. The game was never anywhere near in doubt. It wasn't anything like you guys struggled with St Francis yesterday. And yes Bryant did beat St Francis and two of their losses last year were by 1 point and a third was by 2 points. Their defense was ranked 5th in scoring defense and 9th in total defense in the FCS last year.

They "rolled over" a team but got dominated in TOP and yardage. Well, that's certainly a kitty fan's take on a game. Mind you this was Merrimack. Who lost last year to the likes of Stonehill, Assumption, LIU Post, and Bowie State, among others.

And none of that changes that your post -- like every post you've ever made bullshit33 -- was WRONG.

Just when I thought you couldn't say anything more stupid about this subject, you then claim that Bryant, which had 495 yards of total offense and won 41-20, got "dominated on yardage"--even the opponent had only 429. Bryant averaged 9.4 per rush, to the opponent's 3.3. Average per pass was 11.2 to 7 in favor of Bryant.

You either need to learn to count, to read, or to comprehend, or take a redial math and football 101 course.
