Straight up pathetic! Unexcusable, piss poor play! Worst I have ever seen in the past 25 years of home openers!

What's there to say. Offense is not operating mainly due to ineffective play by our line, Gus throwing a pick and dropping the ball in the pocket twice, and throwing to blanketed receivers. The defense is flying around the field but SFU is gaining confidence in the running game. Griz bit hard on a 3rd and 1 and left at least 2 receivers open to play back yard catch. down 10-3
 
Embarrassing. 20 more scholarships than this team, a school of 1700 students, playing at home and getting beat both sides of ball. If going to play like this might as well play a younger QB since apparently this team is far from playoff level anyway.

10-3 SFU

Offense looks anemic. D started out very well, looking a little tired now. O can't stay on the field for more than a few plays. Griz 3 turnovers and lots of penalties.

When I predicted this, about mid-season last year, based on statistical analysis, I pointed to the facts that we had a QB problem exacerbated by a coach problem who refused to admit it. We had, then, a second and third string QB who, given the chances, did well. And, in all cases, never did as poorly as BG when he was doing poorly. Didn't matter. You needed to "understand football."

Don't see them posting tonight.

On the other hand, perhaps this is the "Fourth Quarter strategy" at work. Still a game to play.
