Punt the damn ball and make them go the length of the field. Stitt has a lot to learn. At the bar he said get used to it. I will not get used to losing because of stupidity. Punt the effing ball!!!!!!

The defense played outstanding. They were on the field all of the 3rd quarter. I believe Brady had 5 turnovers so given what the offense gave them, Gregorak called a good damn game.

I love how they say were cocky and are getting a reality check...yet if we look at predictions most people thought we wiuld be 2-1 or 1-2 after 3 games. CP would whoop on msu and that sad d. CP mentally played better tonight. Good for them. Brady had a let down and thats bad but oh well. 2 weeks at liberty i bet we win. Honestly i think EWU, UM, CP and MSU all have a shot at the playoffs. In that order...

Except for the final drive. You have a running team with no timeouts and you let them have outside that easy. He had to take the edge away.

Exactly, two weeks in a row they've been burned by going for it on 4th down. It's not CSM. There are some better players at this level and this offense is still young and learning.
 
there damn lucky they even had the chance to win the game in the 4th qtr with all the turnovers !! they need to develop a floor game for the clock late in close games
 
I think for the most part our D played tuff. I would have liked to see more pressure on the QB on that final drive. The D was on the field a lot.
The offense just looked bad tonight. Sadly Brady looked very rusty. What he have3 picks? When the dude decides to run he slow. Maybe Stitt should give Chalic or another a shot at QB at least to see how they perform.
I watched some of the EWU game earlier and they look to be the top of the BSC right now.

He plays to win...and not to hope we dont lose. He likes to be in control...if we get a first down we all praise him for his guts. However the TIme out before the kick was a mistake. They had 6 seconds to snap the ball and we bailed them out. We called t.o with 5 sec on the play clock. Oh well now we have to suffer for 2 weeks waiting for liberty

Hahahahaha i did too but their d wont be able to hold anyone under 35.they may score 50 every game tho.
 
Turnovers (real ones)....don't deserve to win with that many...as stitt sats if they convert on 4th is like one.....so not converting some are like one too it shortens field so much.
 
From the Cal Poly board:
I was not impressed with some of the Cal Poly coaches play calling. Especially at the goal line. I expect better coming from academic elites against plaid-shirted, tobacco chewing moose hunters from the backwoods of Montana.

Hell yeah. I agree. Griz offense had multiple opportunities to put points on the board, but just couldn't do it.

I agree.............Defense can only do so much, and it did !!

The ball sailed on him tonight...1 int was a bad play. 2 were great reads just overthrew by a few feet.

He made some bad throws tonight, doesn't have the best touch on short routes yet, and throws into crowds quite a bit...that one toward the end he threaded between 5 defenders...if my math is correct someone else had to be open. He will get better as he goes but there is work to do with him.

Hate to punt it on 4th and 1, probably never crossed stitts mind. But...with an option team with no time outs, you probably pin them deep, especially considering poly did nothin in the 2nd half...
