Do tell. lot of people on this forum that get offended that people want him gone. alot of people on Twitter were bent on how Bobby was with social had pod casts about it but won’t do same with AD Dept. MSU will continue to out fund raise/spend up grade and win.

WoW! I was not aware of this disparity. We certainly need some program upgrades in coaching or higher up.

Ends justify the means can be dangerous in long run. Some out of public view actions in the department and in other parts of their campus may still come back to bite them in their back sides. Costello has not been squeaky clean in decisions.

Kent seems decent at sort of maintaining the status quo. But I would agree he lacks vision for the future in the current environment. I’m not certain he was really qualified for the job when he got it and he’s been learning in the job ever since. Would be nice to have someone come in from a bigger program with the goal of injecting some new ideas into the whole AD. I realize bigger schools operate differently because of big tv contracts, etc, but UM has so much room to improve. We need some new blood in terms of donors too. Our current donor base is very skewed toward the “gonna be dead in 15-20 years”
