Seems like lots of early injuries.. That’s a big bummer.
Wortham was at Eastern before he came here. I’m talking guys who came here directly from JC. Morrison ended up being shaky and lost his spot by the end of the season.
Like a lot of transfers, it definitely seems to take a year to get them fully up to speed and going. Bobby noted that about Solo's emergence down the stretch last season.
Made what wortham did last season even that much more impressive, how he and KAY meshed so well right away. Having a spring ball together helps a ton in expediting that process.

Making offers to big interior D Linemen is a breath of fresh air. There is a lot of bitching and moaning about Hauck on here, but I get the impression that the players love him. I would be curious to hear from someone like Brent W about the vibe of the team under BK? The guy has some recruiting juice & was part of the previous regime. I get the feeling that the football team is going to be good next year?

I have a feeling the next guy to mesh with KAY will be the receiver BK brought in, Legend Lyons. I don't think he will put up the kind of numbers like Wortham, but I think he will play a significant role this upcoming season.
Sure, he went to Eastern first, but he is still an example of guys that have talent to star at Montana even though they started at JC.
I will give you Morrison, though. That's a very fair point. His season started pretty strong, though, with all-Big Sky recognition.

I was high on them the last two years only to be disappointed. Yes, to me, with the level of talent on the team, last year was a disappointment at 13-2. They SHOULD have been 13-1 with a natty. Big Game Bob though. He might have all of the records, but fact is dude choked in the big games, every single time.

I guess that is why the Americans buy the canned stuff and SpaghettiOs. Most have no idea what good food tastes like. If you use leftovers to judge FCS players you can tell the difference.

Leftover SpaghettiOs? Nah, pass. Chiefly because even a freshly opened can is substandard.
Good clip of OL Coach Brent Myers breaking down the Starting unit of Torin Jeske, Dylan Drummond, Dylan Jemtegaard, Austin Buehler, and Lucas Freitas!
Jeske at that position gives me some concern but maybe he’s really improved. I think he was a walk on from Bozeman.

Love that Coach Myers says Torin Jeske is a really good communicator. That's one of the best, and most often unheralded, attributes that a OLinemen can have.
