Players should get paid but the current system is broken. But you realize, my replies had zero to do with whether player should be compensated and all about the other crap you posted.
I've seen some of those videos. People having 10-year-olds do the Oklahoma Drill should absolutely be charged with something, lol.Man, I have been having this debate with myself for a few years. I never wanted my son to start playing until middle school, but he loves football and all his friends are going to be playing. Small town where there isn't a lot of other options. Youth football is the most dangerous form of football, and Flag Football offers all the fundamentals needed for the next level of middle school, then High school. Flag Football should be a youth national sport similar to the Little League world series. Who enjoys watching 10 year olds get molly whopped? not me. Unfortunately, there is no other game in town, and I will have to coach to ensure the 22 kids that I have do not go through Oklahoma drills

Why college should football players be compensated? Especially ones at FCS and lower FBS levels, where football programs don't make net revenue/profit. No one is making them play football. They volunteer to play.

I love that the highest paid public employee in Nevada is the Medical School Plastic Surgeon. I would have thought that would've been California. I learned something new on eGrizFor what it's worth, 39 of the 50 states agree that sports at their universities is the most important. In those 39 states, the highest paid state employee is a football coach or a basketball coach. Montana is not one if them though.

Not anymore. The map is from 2012 and out of date. Dan Mullen at $3.5m annually is now the highest paid public employee in Nevada.
Back when I was interested in this kind of stuff, I remember outside of college coaches, CA’s highest paid employees were transplant surgeons at UCLA. Makes sense.

Part of this executive order-so I've heard-will be the renaming of the NCAA to the TNCAA (Trump National Collehiate Athletics Ass). Vince McMahon will be named the Czar of Athletics. Just what I heard.
Change is certainly needed. 47 is a fixer.

I have zero issues kids getting money. But the transfer concept sucks. Sign a letter and should be required a number of years until can change schools unless coaching staff changes. As for 47 he will likely make some executive order that is illegal and be overturned based on not following the rule of law like he does so often like tariffs, appointment etc. For a guy that claims to be some great American…. follow the constitution not your wacko advisors. Willing to be has never read it let alone understand it. It was partly created to stop guys like him thinking the can do anything they want. Sorry but as a father of daughters I cannot get behind any man that on tape said he can grab any women by their $&&&&$ and get away with it ( not to mention his other sexual judgements) And if you condone that type of man I’m not sure what to say about and if you do that to my daughter or any female near me you will find out that it was a very poor choice on your part
