BK should look into married student housing. Back in the late 1970's they seemed decent. Would have to get it written into his contract as he won't be a student. Buying a house in Missoula on a UM head football coach salary would be a difficult pill to swallow.

Have you been to the peninsula in the Bay Area? It is very nice if you can afford to own a house. There’s mountains, the ocean and nearly perfect weather all year round. His wife reportedly likes it a lot there too. They might keep the California house and just rent in Missoula if they plan on not staying around after BK retires.

It’s slightly under 1,000 square feet so quite small. That’s the norm for the area though.
