Someone on the staff should be promoted they are obviously doing something right if they win a single championship let alone multiple.

I agree. I don't get all the vitriol spewed at Robby. Is it really aimed at his father, and he's taking flak because of his last name? Is it because some think his tackles stats were inflated? What about him personally gets everyone so worked up? He didn't pad his own tackle stats, if they were padded at all.
What I saw, when Robby was a Griz safety, was someone 175 lbs dripping wet who threw himself into tackles where no one his size had any business putting their body, and he did it consistently, decisively, and accurately. Being seemingly a very smart player and a coach's son, he understood the concepts of the defense backwards and forwards and did a lot of work to understand what was going to be coming at him on every play and react to it instinctively and quickly.
He's watched his father coach special teams for nearly 20 years, so you've got to guess he's learned a few tricks and tips, and whatever you want to say about Bobby Hauck, you're an idiot if you think he was a bad special teams coach.

You’re also an idiot if you think Bobby Hauck was a bad head coach at the University of Montana. He won 77.8% of his games. If you look at his first iteration it is even more impressive. My point is young Bobby Hauck was very successful at Montana. Robby Hauck is probably the closest thing to that.
