Do you think the schemes and play styles are similar between the Big Sky and GLIAC? Even if they are not he could still succeed with assistants that have Big Sky experience.

Choate was successful because of the dude from Western who was a phenomenal recruiter. No longer with the cats. PJ Armstrong or something like that.
