What do you believe Kennedy needs to do to add to what’s worked with Hauck but revamp what was antiquated with the program?

My take is recruiting on a whole. Modern college football even FCS programs including the Cats have a gm and least a few other staffers in that department. Need to rebuild Montana connections.

Elaborate on that or what else needs to be revamped to get us a ‘Ship.

More of a statement than a question. Bobby Kennedy had to be motivated watching a long time position coach at P5 school take a chance on himself in his 50s like Cignetti. I enjoyed watching Kennedy interact with players on the sideline. He’s positive and enthusiastic. I appreciate Bobby Hauck and what he has done for Griz football. But I think Griz are fortunate to have Kennedy. Give the man a chance!

I wish he could have gone out beating Cats too. But it’s all pretty raw now but as time goes by i think people will be able to look back with clearer heads and remember other great moments. UW and NDSU in particular.

Hopefully you wont remember him only for that.

I wish he could have gone out beating Cats too. But it’s all pretty raw now but as time goes by i think people will be able to look back with clearer heads and remember other great moments. UW and NDSU in particular.

People should remember the consistency too. He made deep runs in the playoffs almost every season as a Griz head coach.

Any word on current roster players going into the portal due to Hauck's departure?

Very few if any are leaving. The players love Bobby Kennedy and the staff. Word is still not out on if Tim Hauck is coming back. I suppose that could change things up on the defense. A lot of the players like the 3-3-5. If the scheme changes they might not see themselves as fitting in the new scheme. If Tim Hauck and the 3-3-5 stay it is a moot point.
