What if...?

It's no secret that the Athletic directors at UM have been critical of Bobby this offseason. "Things need to change, in state recruiting..etc" Echoing sentiment of a lot of the fanbase. Bobby knows they aren't 100% in his corner. He's in a contract year. He's not going to have his future hang in the balance on beating the defending cats at their place and not get renewed by twiddle thumbs Kent and have his tenure end like that. What if.... he called Kent, wanting a contract extension...and Kent said no? Kent wants to see how the season plays out and Bobby said, ok..then I am done. If it went down like that..what are we feeling?

What if I told you that I am fairly certain that Bobby was offered an extension? Also, can you provide links of the AD being critical of Bobby? So, I don't believe this is how it went down.

What if what if who cares? All water under the bridge. The fan base should get behind our new head coach and see where this upcoming season takes us.

Because it becomes more of a decision made by the AD. If or not a contract extension was offered matters.

None of that is true. Hauck talked to Haslam at 8pm last night to inform him he was resigning.
