Wortham Lighting It Up….

wasn't it the shrine game where zabel from nodak state elevated himself to a first round draft choice? i think a good week of practice can help a guy's prospects a lot. the game itself isn't the most important aspect of being there, it is competing against other prospects in practices that informs the scouts the most.
Nope, zabel was at the senior bowl in Mobile Alabama which is considered by most experts the best all-star college game

He was named practice player of the week..that's when he really elevated his draft status and got picked mid first round by the seahawks..

NDSU will have two starters on the offensive line for Seattle, Jalen Sundell starting center and Zabel at offensive guard.. not bad for an FCS team.

If you look at the rosters, there appears to be no reason why any player is on a particular roster.
Along with the distracting coverage, made it difficult to watch. The focus on the West coach was really bizarre; he had more face time than the game at times.

The game matters so much less than the practices do, guys. The NFL coaches in attendance pretty much make up their minds on who they like before the game ever starts.
Yea, everything I read or watched about Wortham during practices was good except a few drops on day 1. No way you can see much of a player in a game when the coach has RBs, TEs and WRs (24 players) to cycle through the game. He was smart to get the kick return job for most of the game. Lots of camera time.
