Well-known member
Instead of looking at the bad side and who is leaving, what do we have on who is coming in so far?

What I found was this list

Nai Mose, Georgetown, LB
Oscar Weigel, San Diego, OL
Mariano Birdno, St. Thomas, TE
Adama Fall, Arizona State, DB
Hayden Hanks, Boise State, DL
James Eklund, Bowling Green, LB
Shaun Boykin, Jr, Louisville, ATH
Gabe Stroud, North Texas, CB
Hunter Haines, San Diego State, S
Tanner Williams, San Diego State, LB
Dyllan Drummund, Nevada-Las Vegas, OL
Tyler King, Central Washington, DL
Braeden Orlandi, Carroll, S

The transfer thread at the top of this page contains all this info, as well as outgoing transfers. Payton does a really good job of keeping the first page updated. There are 15 guys incoming.

Naiteitei Mose is from Euless, Texas, DFW area.

He was listed as a senior at Georgetown last year. He was a second team All-Patriot League selection and had 63 tackles, 6 TFL, 1 sack, 5 hurries, 1 int, 2 fum rec, one for a TD. If his highlight reel is any indication, he attacks the ball from every angle.

Dudes fast, violent, and wraps up. Oh and he can read plays.

I keep seeing where people say we have to replace our entire defense. We had a lot of guys play a lot of defense. Not that it was great, but there were plenty of dudes who played. Oven, Bailey, Mason, Beaner, Boyd, Cutler, Gentry, Schwartz, etc
Very much agree that when we lose good players the immediate reaction is that they are irreplaceable. What I would say though is that when the RTD plan rolled out, were told that the goal was get to a stage where we had a 1A and 1B at every position and we aren't there yet on either side just yet.

Who does he remind you of? With the hair, and his relentless pursuit of. Think Pittsburgh Steelers and Head and Shoulders commercials…
The best play reading safety of his generation. Pat Mcafee told a story about how the one time he tried to run a fake kick against the Steelers, Troy Polamalu called it out and said the exact gap Mcafee was going to with the ball before the snap.

Oven and Beaner only two from that group that might be starting material.

BeanerS. And I assume we still have one or more of the young corners who played some. And the other nose from Hawaii, I think.
