not going to happen under Bobby -young coaches have more energy, different approaches and mostly not yes men. We had a very good young o-line coach and he lasted one season

I was wondering the exact same thing. Left in April of 2025 with no explanation by him or Choate. Maybe I missed something? Somebody must know the answer.
Since this happened before Justin left, and seems even more relevant to revisit now. Anybody know why Armstrong was removed/left Choates staff in August? There was rumblings, but nothing came of it.
He killed the recruiting in Montana and really laid out the blue print for MSU’s OL success and dominance in the trenches. Seems like he would be a solid choice as a recruiting coordinator given his history and connections.
Would be a great hire
I think it would be a step in the right direction if there wasn’t an underlying issue resulting his dismissal more than departure at Nevada.

He might not have the connections that he can use for success in Nevada that he has in Montana.
He was line coach down there so that seems unlikely given their previous working relationship and success.
