What We Can Do As Griz Fans

And he will go 1-4 against the Cats if he is lucky. 1-5 if the Griz end up on the same side as the Cats in the playoffs again next year.
Yeah because our running back not being stout on defense is why Adam Jones had all those big runs.

Instead of donating money, could you donate expertise, experience, and mentorship to athletes or students? Instead of donating to the program, maybe something like that would bring a better return on your investment (not financial, obviously).
I used to do that. I loved doing that. I was a tutor in the 90's and early 2000's. I did act as a mentor for a handful of the players. Sadly, one of them has passed, he caught a rough break due to one bad decision, but he was a good man, and he proved that later on in his life.

I’m trying to organize alums and fans in the professional world to do this in an organized way. A lot of us are not in the position to make substantial dollar contributions, but we can invest our time, networks, and expertise to help students.

Is my money better spent dumping it directly into the NIL or joining QB club. I'm not overly interested in the QB Club meetings/social scene or whatever else comes with it. I just want to make sure my money goes directly to the team. Probably a stupid question but I have never donated to the team and I'm ready to step up and do something. Hope others who have never supported the team financially jump in with me here.

If that's the case, then I think donating to NIL makes more sense for you!

I have no money to contribute and I don't live locally so the only thing that I can do is temper my expectations which I am working on.

I'm hoping to obtain some of the sugarcoaters enthusiasm for the current state of affairs ie: We keep getting beat by the cats but it's okay because we won 13 games in a year with a pretty weak schedule. Next year might be pretty bad because the schedule's tougher (and we have to play the cats in Bozeman) but hey we've got eternal optimism that we'll get them next year!!! Rah rah rah, Sis boom bah!

Is the schedule really tougher next year? Doesn't appear to be on paper anyway... Cats in Bozeman is always a hill to climb but the non-conference and rest of the Big Sky schedule doesn't seem to daunting...

Yay we won 13 games.,,, print the tshirts …. We are great, Bobby is the FCS Saban. Haslam is in control Cats were just lucky we are more talented on both lines and we got the good Montana kids signed and those higher rated ones going to Bozeman will never impact a cat griz game, Vigen sucks and can’t win the big games. RTD is here and everyone will choose to come just because we are Montana Bobby is so good he can treat media like shit and no honest communication is needed to fans and boosters because what has been done is working so well. No need to look at S/C program or defensive scheme they have dominated the cats. Love the 2 defensive coordinator concept it has figured out how to stop QB runs and third and longs. Nevermind the cat griz game records in 2.0, nevermind losing BSC again to the cats, nevermind MSU now has another title despite fielding a young team. Don’t listen to former players that have criticized, they are alone in their opinions and their network of former players are not sending them texts to of the problems. To hell with a head coach that interviews professionally keep the pompous attitude it is such a good look. Who needs to have multiple coaches and the head coach actually out recruiting Montana kids they don’t care if coaches show up we are Montana they should be lucky to just get offered . To hell with fans that want more the are just bad fans. Keep drinking the kool aid it is so yummy and Amazon has a great sale going on rose colored lens glasses if yours are getting scratched up

I agree that non-conference looks pretty easy and even the conference games at home might not be too tough. Although Idaho State and Idaho might give us a run for our money.

But:
@ Oregon State
@ Davis
@ NAU
@ EWU
@ MSU

How many of those are presumed wins? Oregon State probably a loss. Might have a shot but I wouldn't hold your breath. At Davis should be a win, but not guaranteed for sure. At NAU is a lot like Davis, should win but might not be easy. At Eastern, well we all know what that's been like on that horrible red turf. On paper it should be an easy win but will it be? Likely not. Especially considering we barely beat them at home this year! And then there's the cats in Bozeman. Unless they lose half their team to the portal and the Griz somehow import a (good) new offensive and defensive line, we lose that one big.

Might lose three or four games in the regular season next year.

Don't disagree with what you are saying but still don't think it's tougher than this year even if we were to lose several of those games. North Dakota, Idaho, Sac State (road), Idaho State (road), Weber (road) and of course the Cats seems like a much harder road to hoe. Kittens withstanding, road test at Davis and NAU will be tough next year but IMHO everyone better circle the November game against Idaho State!

We've beaten OSU that last two times we played them, so I do not presume a loss.
