Riley Wilson, no. 16, is playing for AZ in Holiday Bowl, right now, 2d Q, SMU 21-0

They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Just because Hoops thinks his friend’s partners are more attractive doesn’t mean anyone else thinks that.
I assume you've seen the photo of my wife and daughter from the daughter's wedding last year? That's my standard. When I lived in NYC in the old days, I used to pass my hand-me-downs to Trump and Epstein.

I WANT EVERYONE TO REMEMBER WHEN I SAID RELEASE THE HOOPS FILES 😭

Landman is fake as hell. A landman is basically a salesman and not involved in operations.

Had to laugh at the rig they use. Using chains for connections was outdated mostly 15 years ago. Probably got rig for show cheap.

I like the show for entertainment value though.
Pretty sure Yellowstone doesn’t represent how most Montana ranchers and farmers are either…

The interception I saw, the first, was not thrown even remotely close to him. He rushed from back to middle on roll out away from him and got shut out. When he realized wouldn't get to the QB no matter what, he peeled back into coverage on the QB rollout side and ran hard down field. The ball got tipped several times, and he caught up with it and grabbed it.

I didn't see the 2d one, which you must have seen. We switched to watch more of Landman. I like that show. Many of my Dartmouth friends were from Texas or went to Texas. Several became oil billionaires. Several have pretty big jets, including one of my football teammates. He evolved from oil/gas and is bigtime in residential real estate all over the country now. Was a first-team coaches all-American and is a member of the college football hall of fame. Was the executive director of that committee for years. Oversaw the building of the new college football hall of fame facility in Atlanta.

I think Riley got $200,000, I was told (not by Riley). I texted with him during the season a few times. He was the head of my work crew one year.
My God, does it ever end.

You don’t have clue what a landman is

😂 Right. Only worked in the oilfield 27 years, know 2 CEOs (including one of the big 3), and two of my best friends are landmen. I was asked to become one about 8 years ago but had no interest in signing people up for leases and making false promises.

One thing I don’t know is how to scratch my pickle, but you do. We all saw it.

And with that adios. Catching flight to Madrid early am. No current plans to come back this year.

What do you think a landman is? They are people who negotiate mineral rights. They do that from an office, not out in an oil field.
There is some field work. Checking out locations and meeting owners of mineral rights, even negotiating with landowners that don’t own mineral rights. Common in states like TX and OK for landowner to not own mineral rights. But you are right also in that a lot of research in the office takes place.

And yes I know above I said last post. Lol

Nice chatting with you

You fuckin’ stepped in it now, dipshit.
I don't think so. I'm guessing I know way more about what a landman does than anyone on egriz, given that my dad did it for 45 years. You have no idea how much money we get from leases that were negotiated 45 years ago.

I had to check in one more time. I knew dipshit wouldn’t disappoint. With one statement you proved how stupid you are. Unless your Dad owned the mineral rights his percentage was ZERO. Landmen negotiate leases and are not involved in distribution of revenue. Companies pay royalties to mineral rights owners not the landman who negotiated the deal.

Thus you are caught once again in a lie.

Stick to running out back doors and scratching your pickle.

Notice how he won’t say what his definition of a landman is, because he knows it is wrong and he will be called out.

The Landman is their own company and receives a percentage of all leases negotiated for as long as the lease remains in effect. In some cases, in perpetuity.

So you’re just CERTAIN that what you purport a landman did 50 years ago is the same as what a landman does today? Because your DAD did it?

My dad was a bricklayer. Doesn’t mean I know anything about building a fucking house.

You just get dumber and dumber and dumber.
