Hypothetical - Bobby is done when his next contract is up. Samson from tech?

...Hauck has done a good job restoring the program and filling up the
capacity of the stadium....having said that I also think he has reached the ceiling ..
I'm not sure if he will continually produce NC caliber teams that will beat teams like
the Cats....if UM will hire someone younger like an OC with FBS experience..similiar
to Vigen/ Eck experience...I think they recognize FBS talent for recruiting...like to see
UM AD replaced also... wishful thinking for 2026

UM already beats the Dakota and MV teams, and the Cats don't. You may think beating the Cats defines Griz football, but I don't. It's the full season.

You ask who cares, you don't think hauck cares if he wins a Big Sky Conference championship?.. haha..

I'm pretty sure there's a pretty big incentive clause in his contract if he wins the conference title as opossed to beating a random mvcf team...

You don't think the outgoing seniors wanted a Big Sky title their final season.?..

I would 100% take Ferris St HC. He also stated he would love to coach here too.. dude wins and hes one guy i actually would feel good about.

5T for conf or coach of year. Academic and other achievements earn much more money and also for assistants.

It truly does seem like this is his ceiling. I think we should look back to haucks first stint, not too dissimilar obviously a couple more conference championships but not much in terms of playoff success how many times can one guy sing the same song before people get tired of it

He has that championship pedigree, I’m glad i posted this because now i know what i really want him to come coach here and to hire samson as his oc. Look i love hauck i just think if we don’t change something soon the appeal of him being back that he has been coasting since 2018 to get recruits is going to back fire when those key recruits who make the difference are going to the cats instead.
