MSU won that one too but that isn’t as important as rushing yardage, time of possession and turnovers in my opinion.

Right. Griz out passed us by 40 or so Saturday. For me the rushing yards are key though. Look at the 22 game vs the 23 game. Cats rushed for 439 yards in 22. Griz outrushed the cats in 23. Saturday, the cats outrushed them by more than the Griz rushed for. It speaks both to the results and to the greater level of physicality on recent cat teams. The drive that iced the game in Missoula, same thing. Everyone in the state knew what was coming, still couldn't stop it.

I think obtuse with modern football would be a better way to describe it than stupid. I have no doubt that he is or at least used to be very capable in the realm of business law. Dartmouth and Stanford are no jokes of schools. That being said it doesn’t mean he knows anything about modern football.
