This should not be a surprise to literally anyone paying attention. Pease was an absolute dickhead to Sam and he and a Bobby ran him off. Treated Sam like absolute garbage. That family has no respect for the Griz coaches.

It may not have ended well, but he was given the keys to the kingdom from spring ball on. He clearly had the tools and showed well that spring and Griz nation was excited. Seemed he really wilted when Clif came in and never could take the reins despite every opportunity and couldn’t take over as leader of that ‘23 group. Then KAY stepped up as a true freshman and took the backup role. Where did that leave him?
I’m glad he had success at SFA and had a good senior season.
