Chili con carne is my game ... and no, I don't use beans unless someone insists on a pot. "Back in the day" (way back) I used to win two chili cook-off titles: best and hottest. Sadly, the years have taken a toll ... can no longer handle the hot stuff.

I would make venison stew but my wife doesn't like wild game. After the bathroom remodel in the middle of winter, I need to do everything possible to stay on her good side.
