Griz til I die

The broadcast team for Saturday's game is Dave Flemming and Brock Osweiler with Dawn Davenport on the field. Fitting that the first postseason Brawl will be called by a Montanan. These three usually call the late night ACC or Big 12 game on ESPN, and this will be their first time calling a Griz game. They did call the cats semifinal game last year along with the national championship as well.

The Griz will follow the 10am CFP game between Miami and Texas A&M. God willing that one doesn't go to 4 OT's like the Celebration Bowl did. Should be an exciting day of Football.

Missing the 1st quarter of the USD game hurt, but missing the 1st quarter of this one would merit a riot.
If you have a TV Provider (cable company), make sure to create an online account with them in addition to an ESPN account.

That way, you can watch the game from the start.

It'll require you to obviously use the ESPN app to stream the game. ESPN will ask you to put your cable company user name and password into their app to validate, but it's pretty seamless.

I don't have cable, so I purchase the 24 hour pass from Sling TV for $5 + tax. It allowed me to do as above. Watched the game from the start, in addition to the other two games on ESPN.

Kinda happy Acho is not announcing. I felt a strange urge to sat "gesundheit" every time his name came up.

Brock does an excellent job. He is by far superior to another Montana raised former NFL QB in the booth. And in life.

One omission, I was incorrect about the sideline reporter. The sideline reporter is Dawn Davenport. She worked the Griz-NDSU semifinal game, but has never worked a cat game before.

Three hours between games? They’ll take more time than that on reviews.

Dave Flemming is terrific. Announces SF Giants games. Stanford grad. His brother announces Orioles games. Someday Dave will be in the broadcaster’s wing of the Hall of Fame. He’s that good.

One thing about the ABC telecast last Saturday, the announcers loved WA-Griz stadium and our crowd.

No surprise, they called it the Mecca. They were genuinely impressed.

Suspect the Reno S Sales stadium will be full of fools hopped-up on cheap light beer and bathtub vodka. Between the two games this should give the rest of the country a taste of what we have going in Montana. Other than them shouting eat shit on national TV it should represent the state pretty well.

That’s what I was wondering. He’s been silent. And he’s usually a massive prick. Must be back in the slammer.
??
The Cat loving POS has been awfully quiet this year. What, is he back in jail?
??
Brock has never been in jail. For the record he made a huge donation to Flathead High School for a new weight room and hosts a football camp the past few years in Kalispell.
I think you guys meant Ryan Leaf. Brock is a solid guy.
