Cat Fans Are Mad

Cat fans are mad that we scored our last touchdown of the game against USD. Like REALLY mad. In fact, that's the only takeaway from our beat down of USD.

After our win, I was elated with the coming of a cat griz 2.0. Cat/Griz is my favorite sporting event of the year, and it's not even close. The fact that we get to have another one this year, is a blessing, and its great for the whole state of Montana and both fanbases. When the game was over I decided to take a look at the other teams forum to see if they shared the same excitement for another matchup. All I saw was the most baseless whiny loser mentality complaints that the Griz were classless for our 4th string RB scoring with 38 seconds left on fourth down. They were DISGUSTED by the fact that we ran a running play up the middle and ended up scoring on it. I guess they wanted us to kneel it and turn it over on downs? god forbid we give our 2s/3s/4s a chance to run a play in the quarterfinal playoff game, which also happens to be last game in WaGriz for the season, after all the work they put in all year. It's just such a ridiculous thing to be upset about, I was honestly flabbergasted that they decided to take that angle. My goodness, what a ridiculous thing to complain about. Anyways, FTC now and forever and always.

There’s a very unhealthy amount of Hauck Derangement Syndrome over there. For real, on levels that many of them should maybe seek help. It’s weird. That 16 year streak really fucked up a lot of their fans.

Most of their ‘fans’ jumped onboard in the last 10 years or so. Especially in the last 5. I would venture that over 50% of their fan base didn’t live in Montana during “The Streak” and probably wouldn’t have been able to point to Montana on a map at that time.

I ventured over there this week and was also completely shocked at the amount of Bobby hatred. It's actually hard to wrap your brain around to be honest. I understand the rivalry and them hating the Griz, but I don't know that Griz fans have ever had a hatred for a Bobcat coach. We might not like them a whole lot, we make fun of them, etc but hatred? Nah. And to the level that they go against Bobby? It just doesn't happen on this side. Like you said, some of those people need some mental help because they are teetering on the edge of insanity.

I also saw several comments that Bobby teaches his players to play dirty, twist ankles, and try to hurt people. Okaayyyy. I don't even know where that's coming from. These people are just delusional I guess.

I haven't been there for years (and much better for it), but it was like that 15 years ago as well. They're an odd lot.

Apparently they didn’t see all the extra curricular activities coming from the puddy tat players during the brawl. Every single time the garbage was flowing from the kitten players towards the Griz players. And that’s not even taking into account the absolute embarrassing, and total lack of any class whatsoever, behavior of the kitten players post brawl game, spitting on the logo, flipping off the fans. Honestly, what the hell are they teaching those mouth breathers over there? Whatever it is, it’s certainly not to win with class, that’s for sure.

That’s a “we are scared shitless” take. Their fan base knows they are in trouble.

As the opponent goes into the rarely seen "L" formation and takes a knee to end the game, Vigen immediately removes his headphones and goes into his now famous "Protect/Respect" formation in front of Davis!

3. Run a bland boring run up the middle for 4th string running back and backup offense. Might get first down and then can kneel down to end game or don't make it and its a turn over on downs with less than minute to go. Turns into a touchdown because SD couldn't tackle.

Option 3 was the best option to shorten the game, it just turned into a touchdown. Good for Jones. kid looks awesome and gives us fans a glimpse of what he might become.

No I'm not. Nobody I know is mad. Gris mistakenly thinking they should put up another 50-burger in Bozeman because of the last two games is amusing. Expect really tough sledding this weekend with very few (if any) big plays or quick strikes.
