High snaps

This would be a non issue if #72 was playing center full time. Was shaking my head today watching high snap after high snap……this is one of those things that hasn’t made sense all season long and I have to imagine just completely screws up the offenses timing. This has been badly managed all year long by Bobby, unfortunately.

Well we can say that rotation bit us in the ass a bit yesterday. Pretty sure Everett Johnson had the ineligible man downfield when Amick started the game and played pretty damn good. That was the play before the td that got called back for holding and was a big gainer that changes the outcome of the whole game. I couldn’t tell you who had better blocking at center without rewatching, but early Botner had many bad snaps that threw off the timing. He settled in later, but frustrating nonetheless.

We played our best linebackers and secondary, I don’t know why at game 12 we can’t pick our best 5 offensive linemen.

Because the O Line coach has been told by Bobby to rotate players. At beginning of the season he said he did not like rotating players.

I believe Bobby is rotating a lot of positions to help keep less kids looking at leaving come portal time. Having said that, he's rotating 2 graduate seniors at center and one has struggled with high snaps all season. Yesterday was pathetic. Hopefully we get healthy our pass defense and somehow someway we convince our safeties part of their job is to hit.

Rauch is the best hitter on the team.

This may be worse than what he did at QB last year.

How about Huff? He hasn’t cracked the 2 deep at safety, but he’s been a missile on special teams.

Like Huff. Has a nose for the ball. Don’t know that he has the speed that is required for the position. I am not talking without pads.

IMO at linebacker #’s 32, 37,11,58, and 45 should be the rotation. Nothing more nothing less.

Do you really think pads slow him down much? The kid's a rock, and the former Montana HS 100-meter champ who has run a 10.9. I'm thinking he shows a lot of speed getting down on kicks, or he wouldn't be making so many ST tackles.
